Our emphasis is on fresh, whole, raw meats and produce, safe and suitable for human consumption.
To bring you maximum variety, our formulas are based on four different veggie/fruit combinations and eight different protein sources.
We do not mix protein sources in our recipes. The meat, bones and organs are all from the same animal.
Formulation of our frozen diets:
Aunt Jeni's Home Made® Dog Food Beef, Chicken, Lamb and Rabbit varieties are made in a 65:35 ratio of meat, organs & bones to vegetables, eggs, & "extra" ingredients. Our Fish, Goat, Pork, and Turkey varieties are made in a 75:25 ratio of meat, organs & bones to vegetables, fruits and seeds/nuts.
Aunt Jeni's Home Made® Cat Food Beef, Chicken and Rabbit varieties are made in an 85:15 ratio of meat, organs & bones to vegetables, eggs, & "extra" ingredients. The Fish and Turkey varieties are made in a 90:10 ratio of meat, organs & bones to vegetables, fruits and seeds/nuts.
