Non-perishable orders ship daily M-F usually via US Mail. Shipping is free for most non-perishable orders. See below for minimum order info.

The minimum order for supplements is one of any item.

The minimum order for treats is any two items. They do not have to be two of the same thing.

Orders for frozen items placed between Wednesday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

We reserve the right to limit quantities.

The minimum order is 10 pounds of food.

You may mix and match varieties in the same box.

You may not mix and match sizes of food containers in the same box.

If you choose the 1 lb size, you may order in quantities of ten (10), twenty (20), or forty-five (45) pounds, or multiples thereof.

If you choose the 3 lb size, you may order twelve (12), twenty-four (24) or fifty-four (54) pounds at a time, or multiples thereof.

If you choose the 5 lb size, you may order fifteen (15), thirty (30) or sixty (60) pounds at a time, or multiples thereof.

We offer a 10% discount on all orders of perishable items that total at least $500. Non-perishable items do not count towards this total. Shipping charges also do not count towards this total.

Your order is packed in insulated shipping boxes designed for perishable food items. Food grade ice packs or dry ice are used as needed.

You may request delivery to your home or to your office. You do not need to be home to accept delivery, as long as you can specify a safe place for the delivery person to leave your package. We will never require your signature as a condition for the release of the package. Once the package is released by the delivery person, we cannot be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the contents.

We cannot be responsible for mishandling or late delivery of boxes by UPS. Shipment of perishable items is not guaranteed by any common carrier. We will always stand behind our products 100%, but we cannot accept responsibility for shipping problems that are beyond our control.

In case of inclement weather: We may not always be aware of unusual or adverse weather conditions in your area that could affect the timely delivery of your order. If bad weather is in the forecast, please take that into consideration before placing an order for perishable products. Packages delayed due to Acts of God (including inclement weather) are not eligible for any reimbursement of charges for either shipping or product value.

NOTE: 3-Day transit shipments can only be shipped Monday or Tuesday. Please place your order in a timely manner.

An Important Note: When you open your box, you may find that some of the packages are less frozen than others. Is it still ok to use the product? Yes! Even if the food has thawed in transit, it is perfectly safe to feed to your pets. We have tested our shipping cartons and found them to hold the food safely for up to six days. The food may also be re-frozen in your own freezer with no worries about safety, nutrient or flavor impairment. Thawed food keeps 3-5 days in your refrigerator.
