Another *Taste*imony

MacKenzie

 Mackenzie is a one-year-old Havanese and they are known to be very finicky eaters. They rather play than eat and it is not unusual for a Havanese to go 2-3 days without eating. I am lucky to have the one in 100 Havanese that is not finicky; however, every morning,  Mackenzie would start eating his kibble and then run off to play. With much coaxing and a lot of add-ins to the kibble, Mackenzie would reluctantly  finish his meal, usually at his next mealtime. I started Aunt Jeni's raw diet last week and mealtime is now a pleasure. As soon as I remove the tub from the refrigerator, Mackenzie waits at his feeding area, tail wagging and finishes his portion so quickly that his bowl appears not to have had food in it.  Mackenzie works as a Pet Therapy Dog and now we can start our "work" day without worrying whether or not he had his breakfast.
