Duke and Roxy

Duke and Roxy bring good luck
to the home team by dressing up for football games. |
This is Duke (in front), a 3 year old
male Doberman Pinscher who was rescued via DARE. Resting her head on her beloved's
shoulder is Roxy, a female Doberman. Duke and Roxy are the "kids" of
Shelly and Tony Stathopoulos of Fairfax, VA. "After receiving help from Aunt Jeni, we now have 2 dogs on the
"natural diet" Jeni has formulated for us, which includes meats, veggies,
fruits, yogurt, and some vitamins and minerals, etc. Roxy was suffering from spay
incontinence, a condition where the bladder leaks/drips urine, due to spaying. Both
dogs also had very bad dandruff. Aunt Jeni gave us recipes to deal with the
conditions, and guess what - they have cleared up almost completely. I can't
remember the last time Roxy dribbled urine. She doesn't have the problem any more.
And as far as the dandruff, it is gone - I suppose they are now getting what they
were missing in their diets. I had no idea how 'bad' store-bought dog food was for
my dogs, until I made the switch and saw it for my own eyes. I have to admit, I was
very skeptical at first. I wasn't sure if 'raw' foods would hurt my dogs. But
we learned that what they need is NOT in store-bought dog food. I know my dogs
health is so much better now, and that they won't suffer from as many doggie ills they
would have otherwise. I just wish I had done this years ago!" |
