So you want to be a distributor?

If you would like to consider joining our "family" by reselling any of our products, please consider this important information.

With us, there is a distinction between being a "retailer" and a "distributor" of our products.

For distributors, we are looking for people who are willing to travel around within their territories and talk to small shops, vet clinics, groomers and kennels about carrying and selling our products.  We also expect our distributors to exercise good judgment in choosing the places where the products will be placed for sale.  We believe the whole education aspect of feeding raw food diets to pets is extremely important.  For this reason, we tend to gravitate toward smaller, 'Mom & Pop' style stores, where there is still such a thing as Customer Service, and the employees have a good working knowledge of the products they sell.  Our distributors buy in large quantity, and therefore need to have a big storage space, a good means of transportation, and a good working knowledge of raw diets for pets in order to fulfill these duties.
 
Our retailers, as described above, need to be real businesses, with a business location like a store, clinic or shop where customers can come and pick up their orders.  Reselling a raw food diet is not a Get Rich Quick scheme. We need people who are committed to helping make our product more available in their area, out of a genuine understanding of and belief in the benefits of feeding raw foods to pets.  Our retailers buy in smaller quantities than our distributors, either directly from us or from the closest distributor in their area. 

We do not sign up individuals who happen to have a large freezer in the basement to become 'distributors.'  If you are interested in purchasing the product in larger volumes for personal use, such as for a kennel, please consider our Value Package.

 What are the Requirements?

 *You must be a legitimate, licensed business, with a physical location where customers may purchase items in person.  We will need your retail sales tax license number for our files.  You are not required or expected to ship product to your customers.  If you choose to offer home delivery in your immediate area, your customers will love you for it!

 *Due to the expense and risk of shipping perishable items, we do not send out free samples.  If you would like to see the food for yourself before committing to a large order, which we do encourage, you are more than welcome to place a small order at retail pricing.  This order would be shipped to you via UPS.  Please contact us for pricing and shipping information.  The minimum order is 10 pounds, which can be mixed and matched among our varieties.
