My friend, who is a very pro-active/holistic person, found Aunt Jeni's products and told me about them.

I have a loving, wonderful yorkie, all 14 pounds of her, and I needed to put her on, above all, a SAFE and nutritious food. I tried many dog foods, all proclaiming to be "good" for your dog.

In learning to read the ingredients on the back of the can/bag of dog food, I am not sure what their idea of "good" is, but I certainly would not want to risk my Holly's welfare to some company that mass-produces dog food.

I read with horror all the poor animals, both cats and dogs, who succumbed to the resent cat/dog food poisoning, and my heart ached in knowing that their owners thought they were providing the best food for their babies.

All that said, I ventured on line to Aunt Jeni's. The product and information given was wonderful, and it was much more easy to make an educated decision as to what foods would be best for my Holly. I decided upon the "beef". I felt very confident in dealing w/Aunt Jeni's, and when Holly's food came, I could not wait to see her reaction.

In all honesty, I held my breath, as she had never eaten "raw" food before. Well, I need not have worried; she gulped the food down so fast I was absolutely amazed.

Within three day's time of feeing Aunt Jeni's to Holly, her spirits perked up, she started to chase the cats again (she had given that up awhile back), and her coat, as well as her eyes started to sparkle. Within one month, she was a different yorkie. She thoroughly enjoyed the food, and I decided from them on, Aunt Jeni's proved to be the ONE. Holly's coat improved, and she was much more energetic.

Since that time, I have ventured on to "treats" and she absolutely adores the Sweet Potato treats.

What more can be said? A wonderful company, one built on integrity and the well-being of our animals, and consumer confidence in knowing that what you buy is not only holistic, but the best possible ingredients that can be supplied.

Holly is as happy as ever, we are hoping to decrease her weight gradually (she was a puppy mill victim when we got her), and I would and will highly recommend Aunt Jeni's to anyone.
